ABOUT BOREY KS RESIDENCE
Borey KS Residence is a modern housing development located in Kien Svay, Kandal Province. Developed and owned by Oknha Dr. Kim Heang, the project was created to provide affordable, modern, and quality homes for young couples and families in Cambodia.
The development spans 50,547 square metres and comprises 323 residential units, including Single Villa, Link Villa LM, Link Villa LS, and Link Villa E0.
Development began in early 2020, with all homes in Blocks A, B, C, and D completed by early 2023. Construction of additional homes in Block E began in early 2025, supporting the continued growth of the Borey KS Residence community.

Our Company Milestones
The journey began in 2001 when founder Oknha Dr. Kim Heang started his first business in real estate and tourism services. This foundation later expanded into property brokerage, valuation, management, investment, and housing development.
Borey KS Residence was established in 2019 to provide affordable, modern, and quality housing for young couples and families in Cambodia. Development began in early 2020 and continues through carefully planned expansion phases.
